Our Origin

The yogic sciences have given generations of people around the world unique gifts of physical, mental, and energetic transformation for over 5000 years. Historically, dedicated yogis used a sequence of movements called Angamaradana to mentally and physically prepare for their yoga and meditative practices. AngaFIT classes use this sequence to address the challenges of the modern world.

It's simple

The experience is intense but simple. All you need is a 6’ by 6’ space to start the transformation. Over time, AngaFIT uses your own body weight and momentum to increase the flexibility and strength of your body.

How to become Angafit

In each and every class, an instructor guides one person or a small group of people through the entire AngaFIT sequence. If this is your first time to complete the sequence, it serves as a workshop, training you so that you may take AngaFIT with you as your own personal program for mental and physical strength and energy. If you are a returning student, your instructor serves to correct and refine your practice so that you may deepen its rigor and push further into your transformation.
